Benson Hall received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech in Economics in 1980. He then went on to Durham Technical Institute of Dental Technology in Durham, North Carolina, in 1981 and J. Sargeant Reynolds Dental Technology in Richmond, Virginia in 1982. Benson and Steve started Great Impressions Dental Lab in 1984 and bought out Capital Dental Lab in 1989.
Benson has lived and worked in the Richmond area for over 17 years. His experience in dental technology has a long history of success stories, seving over 75 dental clinics. He is always improving and adding to the technology of the lab by constantly updating services and materials that Great Impressions offers to you, the dentist. The most current additions being Artglass, the Targis/Vectris Systems, the Vitapan 3D-Master Shade System, In-Ceram, and Omega 900 low fusing porcelain.

Since 1973, Steve Campbell has been working in the Dental Lab industry. From 1973 to 1979, Steve trained with a German Master Technician who gave him the tools to become an excellent dental technician. He used this acquired knowledge to work his way up from dental technician to dental lab president in 1984 and bought out Capitol Dental Lab in 1989.
Among Steve's talents are precision induction casting and metal work, preparing cost propasals, maintaining good working relationships with dental clinics and managing all phases of lab production.
Steve has served on the Advisory Board of the James River Study Club since 1992 to the present. He has served on several committees and received numerous awards and certifications which include:
